Emma (emma.uz) — Uzum Market sotuvchilari uchun boshqaruv paneli: buyurtmalar, ombor, tannarx, sharhlar, reklama va hisobotlar. Ushbu siyosat Emma qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishi, ulardan qanday foydalanishi va ularni qanday o'chirish mumkinligini tushuntiradi.
Qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'amiz
- Hisob ma'lumotlari: ism, elektron pochta (Google orqali kirishda), Telegram ID (Telegram bot ulansa).
- Sotuvchi ma'lumotlari: Uzum Market API kalitlari (shifrlangan holda saqlanadi) va ular orqali olinadigan do'kon, mahsulot, buyurtma, qoldiq va moliya ma'lumotlari.
- Reklama ma'lumotlari: sotuvchi o'z Meta (Facebook / Instagram) reklama hisobini ulasa, Emma Meta Marketing API orqali shu hisobdagi kampaniyalar statistikasini o'qiydi va faqat sotuvchi tasdiqlagan amallarni bajaradi (kampaniya yaratish, to'xtatish, byudjetni o'zgartirish). Kirish kalitlari shifrlangan holda saqlanadi.
- Smart-link statistikasi: emma.uz havolalarini ochgan tashrifchilar uchun — qurilma turi, operatsion tizim va brauzer (User-Agent), qisman yashirilgan IP, kelgan manba va UTM/reklama parametrlari. Bu ma'lumotlar faqat umumlashtirilgan statistika uchun ishlatiladi; ism yoki aloqa ma'lumoti yig'ilmaydi.
- Cookie: tizimga kirgan foydalanuvchi sessiyasi uchun zarur cookie.
Ma'lumotlardan foydalanish
- Emma xizmatlarini ko'rsatish: hisobotlar, tahlil, bildirishnomalar, avtomatlashtirish.
- Sotuvchi topshirig'i bilan Uzum Market, Meta va Telegram xizmatlari bilan ishlash.
- Xavfsizlik va xizmat sifatini ta'minlash.
Biz ma'lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida uchinchi shaxslarga bermaymiz. Ma'lumotlar faqat xizmat uchun zarur bo'lgan provayderlarga (hosting, ma'lumotlar bazasi) va sotuvchi o'zi ulagan xizmatlarga (Uzum Market, Meta, Telegram) uzatiladi.
Saqlash va himoya
Ma'lumotlar himoyalangan serverlarda saqlanadi; API kalitlari va kirish tokenlari shifrlanadi. Ma'lumotlar hisob faol bo'lgan davrda yoki yuqoridagi maqsadlar uchun zarur muddatda saqlanadi.
Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish
- Meta ulanishini uzish: Emma → Sozlamalar → Marketing → Meta ulanishi → «Uzish». Saqlangan Meta tokeni darhol o'chiriladi.
- Hisob va barcha ma'lumotlarni o'chirish: hisobingizdagi elektron pochtadan hello@emma.uz manziliga yoki Telegram'da @emma_support ga so'rov yuboring. So'rov 30 kun ichida bajariladi.
- Smart-link tashrifchilari: havola nomi va ochilgan vaqtni ko'rsatib xuddi shu manzillarga yozing.

Emma (emma.uz) is a management dashboard for sellers on the Uzum Market marketplace: orders, inventory, costs, reviews, advertising and reports. This policy explains what data Emma collects, how it is used and how it can be deleted.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address (when signing in with Google), Telegram ID (if the Telegram bot is linked).
- Seller data: Uzum Market API keys (stored encrypted) and the shop, product, order, stock and finance data received through them.
- Advertising data: if a seller connects their own Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad account, Emma uses the Meta Marketing API to read campaign statistics of that account and performs only the actions the seller approves (creating, pausing and changing the budget of campaigns). Access tokens are stored encrypted. Emma does not collect personal data of Facebook or Instagram users.
- Smart-link statistics: for visitors who open emma.uz links — device type, operating system and browser (User-Agent), partially masked IP address, referrer and UTM/ad parameters. This data is used only for aggregated statistics; no names or contact details are collected.
- Cookies: a session cookie required for signed-in users.
How we use data
- To provide Emma's features: reports, analytics, notifications and automation.
- To work with Uzum Market, Meta and Telegram services on the seller's instructions.
- To keep the service secure and reliable.
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is transferred only to providers required to run the service (hosting, database) and to the services the seller connects (Uzum Market, Meta, Telegram).
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers; API keys and access tokens are encrypted. Data is kept while the account is active or as long as needed for the purposes above.
Data deletion instructions
- Disconnect Meta: Emma → Settings → Marketing → Meta connection → “Disconnect”. The stored Meta token is deleted immediately.
- Delete your account and all data: send a request from your account's email address to hello@emma.uz or via Telegram to @emma_support. Requests are completed within 30 days.
- Smart-link visitors: contact the same addresses with the link and the time it was opened.
